Die casting division is equipped with 13 pressure Die Casting Machines of 180, 250 and 400 ton Cold chamber, 250 ton Hot chamber. Currently we manufacture 800 tones of ADC 12 and 600 tonnes ZDC 2 Casting per year. This division handles with ease intricate components such as Maruti Carburettor family Castings, Multi Point Fuel Injection Castings for Maruti and Hyundai vehicles. Castings for Carburettors fitted in Two / Four stroke Two Wheelers for Bajaj, Yamaha and TVS Motor Co. and Air Suction Valve Castings for Hero Honda and Yamaha.
