The Assembly Division Started in the year 1995 in M.M.Nagar. It came up with total land area of 17,812 sq.ft. With built in Area of 7,214 Sq. Ft. This assembly unit runs with 60 employees. Currently we manufacture FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY - 75,000 Nos. & TWO WHEELER PISTON VALVE - 70,000 Nos. per month from this Division. This division is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Assembly division is equipped with 'ACE' CNC lathe, 'AMS' VMC, cylindrical grinding and Special purpose machines used for the manufacture of 'Fuel Filter' for Multi Point Fuel Injection Four wheeler and machining of 'Piston Valve' for two wheeler carburetors.
